Trelligence Affinity v8.1 Released for BIM Design
Trelligence, Inc. returned to Autodesk University 2013 with release update of Trelligence Affinity v8.1 functional design software. Trelligence demonstrated the full suite of Affinity 8 functionality throughout the expo at Booth 2003.
Affinity 8 features enhanced bi-directional integration with Revit Architecture, including the ability to run filtered searches of program data properties and view matching items highlighted in Revit. Affinity 8 also includes enhanced integration between Affinity Cloud Bridge and Autodesk 360 for cloud-based storage, collaboration, and views of program data and design concepts. In addition to BIM integration updates, new features include:
- New Stacking Diagram Manipulation- Arrange stories vertically within a building, or drag departments and spaces horizontally within a story.
- Mass Updating/Replacing of Room Contents – Option to adjust room configurations in the program or template and automatically update the corresponding rooms / layouts in the design.
- Customize Wall Thickness Per Room – Assign custom wall thicknesses to specific rooms (e.g. stairwells and specialty spaces).
